MK Technology's work in support of leading law firms and their clients includes the full range of services, including intensive support for handling major internal investigations.  MK also provides advice for voluntary self-disclosures and other compliance issues, such as internal control plans. MK has close working relationships with the Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), the State Department's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and can either provide advice for dealing with these agencies or represent clients before them. 

MK has worked with a prominent Washington law firm on several major arbitration cases where our consultants have reviewed some thousands of documents determining whether they fit within the parameters of the Technical Assistance Agreement issued by the Department of State pursuant to discovery.  We have worked with another firm where our consultant helped to create an manage a client company's import and export classification system.  Yet anoter firm has asked our consultants to work on their client's licensing, compliance, and training needs.
